Full body meditation
Embodied practice is essential if we are to connect deeply with ourselves and our needs. We carry Divine nature within us, the place within where we are our true selves, encompassed within the Trinity of Spirit, Mother/ Father and Jesus. This truth pulses throughout our bodies. To connect more intentionally with our bodies is to open ourselves to receive the truth of who we are and of our unbreakable union with The Beloved.
This meditation allows space for you to conenct deeply with your body and the fullness within.
It’s a really helpful practice to engage before centreing prayer as it quiets the mind and facilitates the feeling of being grounded and rooted in Love.
Breathe more deeply, be in your body and relax. Let the Divine Love of the Spirit lead you to the still waters of peace within yourself and there to offer you what you need. Here too, let Her help you discover more about who you are and what is yours to bring to the world. Rest, be, receive.
